    • ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

    System is structured into 3 levels of responsability: group, division and operational company. EMS Veolia Environnement is a way of progress based on respect to Environmental Management requirements in the area of:

    1. environmental policy
    2. identification of important impacts upon environment 
    3. structure and reponsability
    4. rules system
    5. program environmentálního managementu (tvorba akčních plánů)
    6. system management
    7. staff training
    8. internal audit and monitoring of rules respect
    9. reporting
    10. management supervision

    Through this procedure VE is plaicing the operational company in the centre of management.

    UTILIZATION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY

    LET'S GIVE BACK TO NATURE WHAT BELONGS TO IT

    One of the environmental project of Veolia Water Foundation owing to which eel and salmon have been successfully "returned" to
    some Czech rivers.

    Project is realized in cooperation with Czech Fishing Union.

    The Keynote is to contribute to bigger purity of our rivers and to ameliorate the environment for fishes, other water animals and to protect the vegetable and animal diversity.

    SOCIAL AREA

    Socially beneficial projects result from the values, such as a solidarity and responsability, defined by Veolia Water. In our activities we create contidions and we give support to the life situations which help to straighten up individual, group or social handicap.

    STEP INTO LIFE

    The main project supported by our foundation is focused on young people who upon reaching full age have to leave their
    children's homes (institutional care).

    • We offer them a possibility to continue their university studies, to procure their own dwelling space and background and to get their working experiences.
    • We help them to cope much better with the phase of adapting to a new environment and life situation.

    PÉTANQUE PLAYGROUNDS FOR SENIOR CITIZIENS

    Project is focused on building positive interhuman relationships of senior citiziens with their friends, neighbours, childrens and grandchildren or other people.

    We want to give support active life of senior citiziens living in the retirements homes. 

    Pétanque is sport suitable for all generations, for beginners or people who don't practise any sport as well.
