Call centres have greatly simplified contact with customers. The very first call centre in the water management industry in the Czech Republic and the whole Central Europe started operating at Severočeské vodovody a kanalizace in 2002. Since 2003, a call centre at Pražské vodovody a kanalizace in Prague has been in full operation too.
