Veolia Voda Czech Republic is the largest company on the Czech water management market.
Veolia Voda has launched 2 smartphone applications for owners of smartphones running iOS or Android OS. First one named My vodaPlus (My water Plus) allows customers get continuous and secure access to their electronic customer account. The second application, called Moje voda (My water) is intended for general consumer public and provides customers with a current overview of water supply interruptions. The consumers can calculate water consumption in their households with water consumption calculator, learn about water quality or calculate their individual impact of drinking of water on the environment.

High satisfaction with the level of services was shown in the last customer satisfaction survey conducted by an independent research agency - International Business and Research Services s.r.o. (IBRS). 3,700 respondents from among the homeowners, administrators of blocks of flats or housing associations, industrial customers and companies took part in the survey. The research took place in Prague, Central Bohemia, and Liberec, Usti, Hradec Králové, Olomouc and Zlín region.

Veolia Voda's Water2Energy project won the "Biggest Surprise of the Competition" award, announced by A. T. Kearney in Prague's National Technical Library as part of the "Best Innovator 2012" innovation management competition on 30 November.
Veolia Voda received the award for implementing innovative processes, specifically its Water2Energy project.
