The companies Members of Veolia Group wish to fully satisfy requirements of its customers and launch on 1st October 2009 a unique project in water services in the Czech Republic called Customer Services Commitments.

VEOLIAFORCE JOINS FORCES FOR HAITI

20 tons of emergency equipment items were sent on January, 14th on board an aircraft of the French Red Cross to Haiti.

These items are mobile Aquaforce units, a very compact water production, storage and water distribution systems. They will be used to supply 15,000 to 20,000 people with drinking water, following the initial emergency work and the necessary clearing operations.

Veolia Voda - Patroness of fresh water

Veolia Voda finances the renovation of four historic toll houses on the Legion Bridge in Prague. The renovation will take 1,5 years.

The Legion Bridge, which is 16m wide and 343m long, was built at the end of the 19. century to replace an older chain bridge.

In September and October 2009 Veolia Voda carried out the 5th Customer Survey in cooperation with agency Ipsos Tambor. 6100 customers participated in this satisfaction survey.

The survey has confirmed a high level of customer's satisfaction and its results declared a new direction to our customer services.

And what is the evaluation of our customers?

91,4 % of customers are satisfied or very satisfied with the level of provided services and it's the highest evaluation in 5 years. Our customers are highly satisfied with the quality of the delivered water and the employee's professionalism as well.

TAP WATER IS BACK!

Veolia Water has launched a unique project „Tap water? You may have it." to improve the image of tap water and to put it where it once belonged - in cafes and restaurants. Veolia Water Group companies offer the restaurants, hotels and cafes that join the project beautiful carafes from the workshop of designer Daniel Piršč.
